Pat and I found Sheila to be a totally dedicated, won't give up on pain of death go-getter. We know she had to juggle appointments often during the three weeks we pursued houses nearly every day. You may have heard this kind of story before, but didnt believe it. It involves a Realtor walking up to a house they've never seen before. In our case, the Realtor is Sheila Webb. She is sharp, vivacious, family lovin gal who REALLY knows her real estate. She walked up to a house "cold" and asked the young couple who answered the door if they wanted to sell their house. (She searched for homes by driving by and seen this and a few others that she thought would work perfect for us that were not for sale). Well, turned out that they were a few months pregnant and talked about building another house with a large backyard for their children. They didnt think they'd do this for a couple of years. Well, a few hours later, they decided to sell their home to us. Sheila was like a bulldog. She was determined to find us a house. Even as we visited dozens and dozens of houses, her determination grew stronger and stronger. So, we figure God first led Sheila and then us, through her.

Upon meeting her, it quickly became apparent to us that we were dealing with someone ver different from our past experiences. From that time forward and through even the final details of our closing on the new home in JHasper, GA she proved herself to be an extremely capable professional.

In our search for our new home we were very thankful to find such a knowledgeable, helpful, and honest Realtor. We were approached by many other Realtors, but, Sheila seemed to be different than most. She found us the home we will be happy in forever (it appraised for almost $15,000 more than we paid for it...thanks to Sheila) and she sold our home without a hitch. We had our home for sale by owner for quite some time and decided to finally list it. I couldn’t believe it! Within a matter of about 10 days we had a few buyers-2 offers! The offer we took was a better offer than we had anticipated. I decided from then on that we would never try to sell by owner again.Sheila did all the work and we still got more for our home than we hoped for. She really made us believers. FSBO is not worth the hassle.
Even almost year later, I called her for some advice and she not only helped me with a problem we were having with our property taxes right over the phone, but also made the appropriate connections that following week and took care of the problem. Sheila helped me find my property to build my retirement home and she helped me sell my home. She worked so hard for us. Even at times knowing that what I was looking for was like finding a needle in a haystack. One night, I was at a family wedding reception sitting around talking to my cousin. I was telling him what a great job Sheila was doing for me. He then started to tell me about his Realtor doing such a great job with his daughter and son-in-law. We basically bickered for a while about who does the better job and who is the better Realtor. This is the funny part...the kicker of the whole story... You would not believe it, but to both of our surprises we were both talking about the same person!! The only regret I have is that I wish I would have had her handle the sale of my home sooner. I listed with a couple of other Realtors that told me I could get more for my home (promised me the moon and stars) and my home didn’t sell for almost a year. Sheila was honest with me and said it was overpriced and I needed to do some repairs to the home. I finally asked Sheila to help me and it sold in no time for the price range she recommended. I wish I would have taken her advice a year ago..
